Skin Tips

• Hydration is key and the right moisturizer won't cause breakouts. Skin cells need water to live so an oil-free lotion will keep your skin calm and the barrier healthy
• Keep your hands off your blemishes, and instead, reach for a spot treatment to address any breakouts. It’s easier to cover up a closed bump than a picked-at scab, and post-breakout marks won’t last as long when you don’t mess with them.
• Never, ever let your skin marinate in makeup, bacteria buildup, and a day’s worth of oil while you sleep. Always reach for your cleanser before heading to bed.
• Dairy may be the cause of breakouts around the chin and jaw area. Have a lighter touch when it comes to dairy in your diet, and you just might see your skin clear up.
• A leave-on salicylic acid serum is the magic touch for lessening clogged, congested pores. It’s a proven ingredient for clearing bumps that often lead to breakouts along with providing anti-inflammatory benefits.
