Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
For orders totaling less than $100, shipping costs are based on the order weight, location and desired method of shipping and will be calculated on the checkout page of our website.
Our website will always recommend the least expensive method of shipping. If you want to expedite delivery, you can select express shipping easily during checkout. Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before you enter your payment information.
We offer you the choice of shipping by USPS First Class or UPS Ground. Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually shipped the next business day. If you choose regular shipping, you should receive your order within 4-7 business days. Texas residents should receive their orders within 1-3 business days.
We offer Next Day and 2-Day Air shipping in the United States by UPS. UPS Next Day and 2-Day Air orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be shipped the same business day. UPS Next Day or 2-Day service does not deliver on weekends.
Express delivery is not available to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or to APO/FPO or PO boxes at this time.
We offer international shipping by DHL to most addresses. International shipping to P.O. boxes is by USPS. We accept most international orders, with the exception of orders to Argentina, Greece, Spain, Sri Lanka, Turkey and all countries in Africa.
While delivery times can vary by country, it typically takes between 5-45 days for you to receive an order.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are tariffs or taxes charged by the destination country. Customs duties are not included in the price of our products and are in addition to the cost of international postage. When you place an international order, you are responsible for paying any inbound duties which your local customs authority deems appropriate. The amount of customs duties charged varies depending on what you order and on local regulations. Renée Rouleau Skin Care is not responsible for reimbursing customers for customs duties, tariffs or taxes.
International orders may be subject to customs inspections. Renée Rouleau Skin Care is not responsible for delays caused by inspections. When a package arrives in its destination country and is being inspected by customs, tracking information may no longer be updated. Contact your local post office for the most recent updates.
