Triple Berry Smoothing Scrub
Description
Triple Berry Smoothing Scrub is a gentle facial scrub. It’s perfect for those looking to fade hyperpigmentation and achieve a smoother skin texture. When used in a routine with a chemical exfoliant such as Triple Berry Smoothing Peel, this scrub visibly brightens skin by lifting away unwanted discoloration.
Formulated with perfectly round, biodegradable jojoba beads that gently glide across the skin, this scrub will never leave you feeling scratched or irritated. The addition of lightweight jojoba oil ensures skin is kept comfortable and that your moisture barrier is protected. A powerful blend of blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry extracts provides antioxidant benefits. The result? Instantly smoother, more radiant-looking skin.

FAQs
I hear that facial scrubs are too harsh for the skin. Is this true?
No! Facial scrubs are a great addition to any routine, they just need to be formulated correctly. Many scrubs back in the day got a bad reputation for using jagged particles that caused micro-tears in the skin. Our modern scrub formula is made using perfectly smooth, rounded jojoba beads that effectively lift away dry, dead, and pigmented skin cells without ever causing damage. We also added lightweight jojoba oil to ensure skin stays comfortable and that the skin’s moisture barrier is protected.
If you have sensitive skin, you can opt to use this scrub less frequently (i.e. just once a week).
Does this use plastic beads that are harmful to the environment?
No, we use biodegradable beads made from jojoba esters.
Why do I need a scrub if I already use exfoliating acids?
While acids and scrubs both exfoliate the skin, they do so using different mechanisms. Acids lower the skin’s pH to dissolve the keratin or “glue” keeping dry, dead cells stuck to the skin’s surface. Physical scrubs, on the other hand, physically lift those loosened cells away by buffing them off.
By using both chemical and physical exfoliation in your routine, you’ll get a more “complete” exfoliation.
How do I use this scrub in a routine with the Triple Berry Smoothing Peel?
Before using the peel and the scrub together, use each one individually to make sure both products agree with your skin. New products should always be introduced one at a time, this way if you happen to have a reaction you can pinpoint where it came from.
Start by introducing the peel, then wait 2-3 days before trying the scrub. If all goes well, you can use them together!
Apply the peel and leave it on for 5-10 minutes as desired, then rinse off with cool water. On slightly damp skin, apply a nickel-sized amount of the scrub. Gently massage in circular motions, focusing on areas of pigmentation. After rinsing off the scrub, you can use a hydrating mask or proceed with your regular products such as toner, serum, and moisturizer.
What’s the difference between this scrub and the Mint Buffing Beads?
Both Triple Berry Smoothing Scrub and Mint Buffing Beads use round, biodegradable jojoba beads to provide gentle, physical exfoliation to the skin. The biggest difference between these two products is the base.
Can I use this product if I’m pregnant?
Yes! There are no ingredients in this product deemed unsafe to use during pregnancy.
What is the pH level of this product?
The pH level of Triple Berry Smoothing Scrub is 4.3.
Is this product tested on animals?
No.
