A Personal Message from Renée Rouleau.
So, I have big news to share. (Deep breath…) After a lot of reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to close the Plano Spa, effective January 31, 2020. This may come as a surprise to all of you as our Plano spa is a thriving location for both spa services and as a retail location, but the time has come to focus on other areas of my growing business. We will continue taking appointments through January 31st, you can call to book your next service (972) 378-6655, or book online.
The shortest explanation is that I want to put 100% of our focus and resources into being an online skincare company. The demand for both our skincare products and expertise (the blog) has become global and not just limited to the Dallas area where I founded the company. We are truly an international company, through our corporate office and distribution facility is in Austin, we currently serve all of North and South America, as well as most of Europe and Asia, and the ability to make a bigger impact has always been my mission.
Our online business has a lot of exciting things in the works. We currently have several new products in development along with the creation of our first dedicated video studio in Austin. We will be actively enhancing our YouTube and social channels, developing our own content, and continuing to provide the best skincare advice straight to you.
The estheticians that work there, Grainne, Shelby, and Michelle along with the concierge staff are family and I am working closely with them to support them in finding their next adventure.
I am forever grateful to you for supporting my vision in the Dallas area these last 23 years. I literally drove cross-country in a U-Haul to Texas without knowing a soul. You believed in me and my philosophy that skin is unique (hence, my 9 skin types). You became loyal users of my product line as well as our services. You created beautiful, multi-generational relationships with my team, spreading the word by referring your friends, family and co-workers. It has been truly magical, and my gratitude is immense.
Chapters are closing for me…first, with the passing of my husband (and our COO) almost a year ago and now with the ending of my service/retail presence in Dallas. I’m embracing it all and recognizing that while change is scary, it also opens up new doors of possibilities. I sincerely hope you’ll remain on this journey with me.

I have a spa gift certificate that I haven’t used yet. How can I redeem it after January 2020?
Our spa team will be in touch via email if you have any outstanding Gift Certificate balances or store credit on file with the spa. If you are unable to come in before our closure, our customer service team will be happy to convert the balance to an online redemption code. Please contact 1-888-211-7560.
In the meantime, we have discontinued the sale of all Gift Certificates in our spa location.
