Thank you for continuing your education with us. These terms explain how our courses work, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. By purchasing or accessing a course or 1:1 session, you agree to them.

Who our courses are for

Our courses are created for estheticians, skincare professionals, and skincare enthusiasts. No license is required. Each course page notes who it's best suited for.

Your purchase

Courses are offered by Renée Rouleau, Inc. ("we," "us"). Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Some courses are free, and these terms apply to them too, apart from the parts about payment.

Refunds

All sales are final. Because you get full access to your course the moment you purchase, we don’t offer refunds on courses. If you need help with your purchase or access, please email us and we'll help. See our Refund Policy for details.

Your access

Your access is personal and can't be transferred or shared. Your purchase gives you a personal license to watch your course and use its materials for your own learning. Your course remains available for as long as it's offered. If we ever retire a course, we'll let you know in advance. We may also update or add to courses over time, and updates are included.

Your account

Logins and sign-in codes cannot be shared. Your account is just for you, and sharing it can jeopardize your access, including your future access. Account activity may be reviewed, and access may be limited, suspended, or removed if an account appears to be shared. We want you to have a great experience. If you'd like your team to learn with you, each person will need their own purchase.

Using course materials

Course videos, slides, workbooks, and other materials belong to Renée Rouleau, Inc. and the experts who created them. They're for your personal learning only. Please don't copy, record, download, upload, resell, share, excerpt and disseminate, or distribute them, and don't use them to teach or train others, without our written permission. If these terms aren't followed, access may be limited, suspended, or removed.

Social media

We love when you share your learning! Feel free to post a photo of yourself taking a course, the course title on your computer screen (as long as the course content isn’t readable), or a photo acknowledging your 1:1 Session. To protect our educators' work, please don't post video or audio clips, screen recordings, lesson slides, workbook content, or other course materials. Please also don't record or share any part of your 1:1 Session conversation. If you'd like to share something more, email us to ask for written permission.

1:1 Session with an Educator

The 1:1 Session is a private 30-minute video session between an expert educator and one paying attendee. All sales are final.

How to schedule. After you purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to a short intake form, which you can also find in My Library. Once you submit the form, the confirmation page will show your scheduling link, where you can choose a meeting time from the options shown. You'll receive a confirmation email from education@reneerouleau.com. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder. Still can't find it? Email us and we'll help.

Using your session. Your 1:1 Session must be completed within 60 days of purchase or it will expire.

Rescheduling. You can reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice. Changes inside 48 hours and missed sessions count as used. If you arrive late, your session still ends at the originally scheduled time. If we need to move your session, we'll offer you a new time at no cost and extend your 60-day deadline as needed.

What to know. The 1:1 Session is educational. It is not a skin consultation or medical advice.

Results and responsibility

Our courses share what has worked for our educators. Every business is different, and your results will depend on many things, including your market, your effort, and how you apply what you learn. We can't promise or guarantee any particular outcome, such as a number of clients or an amount of income.

Course content is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not meant to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a skin concern, please see a qualified professional. If you practice professionally, you're responsible for following the laws and licensing rules that apply where you practice, and for using your own professional judgment.

Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review or feedback, you give us permission to display and use it. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off topic, or not about the course.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you purchased applies to your purchase.
