The 1:1 Session is a private 30-minute video session with an educator offering personalized guidance. These terms explain how it works. They're part of our Course Terms.

How it works

After you purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to a short intake form, which you'll also find in My Library. The form helps your educator prepare, so please fill it out before your session. When you submit it, the confirmation page will show a link to schedule. Choose an available time, and you'll receive a confirmation email from education@reneerouleau.com. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder, or email us and we'll help. Sessions are held on Google Meet.

Using your session

Your 1:1 Session must be completed within 60 days of purchase or it expires.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours' notice, using the rescheduling link in your confirmation email. Changes inside 48 hours and missed sessions count as used. If you arrive late, your session still ends at its originally scheduled time, so you may receive less than 30 minutes.

If we need to move your session

If your educator needs to move your session, or a technical problem on our end prevents it, we'll offer you a new time at no cost, and we'll extend your 60-day deadline as needed to cover it.

Refunds

All sales are final. The 1:1 Session isn't refundable, but you can reschedule as described above. If you need help, email us.

Who it's for

The 1:1 Session is for one paying attendee only. It's personal to you and can't be transferred or shared.

What to expect

The 1:1 Session offers personalized educational guidance relevant to your questions and your educator's expertise. It isn't medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional advice, and we can't promise any particular result. The answers on your intake form are used to prepare and run your session. See our Privacy Policy. Please don't include health information or other sensitive details.

Recording

1:1 Sessions are not recorded, and we don't provide recordings, transcripts, or AI-generated summaries. Please don't record, film, or capture audio or video of your session without written permission. You're welcome to share a still photo acknowledging your session, as described in our social media guidelines.
