If you are experiencing technical difficulties during the checkout process, we encourage you to first update your web browser to its newest version. To activate your gift certificate to use for on line purchases, fill out the contact form below with your name, gift certificate number and dollar amount and we will email you a code to be able to redeem your gift certificate when shopping.
- What is your return policy?
There are no refunds but you can return any product within 30 days (with your receipt) for an online shopping credit to use the next time you shop with us. We have over 75 products so if something is not working, we encourage you to try another product. PLEASE NOTE: Products purchased on line are not eligible for return in our Dallas or Plano skin care spas.
They must be mailed back to the below address. Carefully package your returned products and be sure to include: your original receipt (or a copy) with your preferred email address to send you a credit code to use online and the reason for your return (we appreciate feedback!)

The Renée Rouleau products are sold exclusively at www.ReneeRouleau.com and in our two Texas skin care spas. We currently have no plans to have them sold elsewhere.
