Return Policy

There are no refunds and no charge backs, but you can return any product within 30 days for any reason in exchange for other Renée Rouleau products or a gift certificate. We have over 75 products and guarantee everything for your skin's satisfaction, so if something is not working, we encourage you to try another product.

When we receive your items, we will contact you via email to give you a credit code to use when purchasing new products online.


Carefully package your returned products and send to the below address.

  • your original receipt with your preferred email address to send you your credit code to use online
  • the reason for your return (we appreciate feedback!)
