Return Policy

There are no refunds or product exchanges, but you can return any product within 30 days (with your receipt) for an online shopping credit to use the next time you shop with us. We have over 75 products so if something is not working, we encourage you to try another product.

PLEASE NOTE: Products purchased on line are not eligible for return in our Dallas or Plano skin care spas. They must be mailed back to the below address.

Carefully package your returned products and be sure to include:

  • your original receipt (or a copy) with your preferred email address to send you a credit code to use online
  • the reason for your return (we appreciate feedback!)

NOTE: We cannot accept returned items without the receipt from your purchase so be sure to save it. When we receive your items, we will contact you via email to issue you a credit code to use when purchasing new products online.
