Moisture Infusion Toner by Renée Rouleau is an alcohol-free toner to give soothing moisture using Hyaluronic Acid and Arnica Extract. This toner will calm and control signs of redness, rosacea and sensitivity while leaving a silky coat of moisture to elevate hydration levels within the intercellular matrix.
