1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Renée Rouleau, Inc. By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these official rules and the decisions of sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of the sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at hello@reneerouleau.com during the promotion period.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of the United States of America, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Renée Rouleau Skin Care as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PRIZES:
1 winner will receive one $500 Renée Rouleau Skin Care Gift Card. Total value: $500.00 USD
Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV (Actual Retail Value) of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America and prizes will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
4. HOW TO ENTER:
a) Email: To receive an automatic entry into the Giveaway, an email subscriber (“Email Subscriber”) must register online at reneerouleau.com or select the opt-in on any Renée Rouleau Skincare online or paper based promotion to receive future emails from Sponsor, and (b) successfully receive from Sponsor the initial welcome email. Sponsor will not acknowledge receipt of entries.
b) Text Message: Enter by Registering for Renée Rouleau Skin Care SMS: You may enter the Sweepstakes by entering your phone number into the Renée Rouleau SMS ‘pop up’ that shows up to users who visit reneerouleau.com Limit one (1) entry per person for the drawing.
c) To enter without making a purchase or writing a review, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, valid email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Rating & Review Sweepstakes,” 11100 Metric Blvd., Suite 150, Austin, TX 78758. You will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period drawing for each envelope received. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by and received by the last day of the sweepstakes period. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If you unsubscribe to receive future emails or SMS, all entries you may have submitted will be automatically removed from future prize drawings. By entering, you acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winning entry, the entry will be deemed made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address or phone number associated with the winning entry.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or phone number. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address and/or phone number used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address or phone number by cellular service provider or other organization responsible for assigning phone numbers with the submitted phone number. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.
Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, phone numbers, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Sweepstakes Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
5. WINNER SELECTION:
During each sweepstakes period, on the second Monday of each month following the sweepstakes period, there will be one random drawing from among all eligible entries received by Administrator. Potential winners will be notified by email. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each sweepstakes period. Potential winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release. Failure to return the Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release or respond to the notification email within five (5) business days, return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable, Sponsor's or Administrator’s determination of ineligibility, or noncompliance with these Official Rules, will result in disqualification of the entry and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Alternate winner is subject to all eligibility requirements of these Official Rules.
Sweepstakes Periods: There are six (6) Sweepstakes Periods as defined in the chart below (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for that Sweepstakes Period drawing. Non-winning Sweepstakes Period entries will not be rolled over to subsequent Sweepstakes Periods.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the random drawing. Potential Winner must accept a prize as directed by Sponsor within two weeks of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated there with, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively \"the Prize Claim Documents\"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
7. PRIVACY:
Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://www.reneerouleau.com/pages/company-privacy-terms. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to contact you for marketing purposes.
8. PUBLICITY:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.
