Renée Rouleau products are sold direct to consumers at ReneeRouleau.com, at our showroom located in our corporate offices, and with a select group of authorized Professional Retail Partners. Please see below for more information. U.S. and International Shipping

  • When Will My Order Ship?
    • Most domestic orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST will be shipped the same day. 

  • When Will I Receive My Order?
    • Most Texas residents will usually receive their orders within 1-2 business days. All other US states will receive their order within 3-6 business days. For international orders, while delivery times can vary by country, it typically takes between 5-21 days for you to receive an order. 
  • What About Overnight Or 2-Day Air Shipments?
    • We offer Next Day and 2-Day Air shipping in the United States by UPS. UPS Next Day and 2-Day Air orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be shipped the same business day. UPS Next Day or 2-Day service does not deliver on weekends.
  • How Is My Order Shipped?
    • We use USPS the majority of domestic orders. Domestic orders over $350 will qualify for free UPS Ground shipping. For all U.S. Next Day and 2-Day Air shipments, we use UPS. We offer international shipping by DHL to most addresses, excluding orders from Russia which will ship via USPS. International shipping to P.O. boxes is by USPS. We accept most international orders, with the exception of orders to Sri Lanka, Guam, Turkey, and all countries in Africa. (However, we do ship to South Africa.)
  • What Is The Cost Of Domestic Shipping?
    • For all U.S. orders over $100, shipping is free. For orders totaling less than $100, standard shipping is $8.95. By default, our system will always recommend the least expensive method of shipping, but should you decide to expedite delivery, you can easily do so and again, your shipping quote will be calculated and displayed before you enter your payment information.
  • Do You Ship Outside Of The United States (International)?
    • Yes, our website accepts ALL international orders with the exception of orders to Spain, Sri Lanka, Guam, Turkey, and all countries in Africa. (However, we do ship to South Africa.)

      For the following locations, we charge a flat rate.

      International Orders

      We offer international shipping by DHL to most addresses, excluding orders from Russia which will ship via USPS. International shipping to P.O. boxes is by USPS. We accept most international orders, with the exception of orders to Spain, Sri Lanka, Guam, Turkey, and all countries in Africa. (However, we do ship to South Africa.)

      When will I receive my international order? Even though we send our international orders out promptly, it can take anywhere from 5-21 days to receive. We ask that you be patient while waiting for your order. Delivery times can vary.

      CUSTOMS DUTIES

      International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are tariffs or taxes charged by the destination country. In the event that customs duties are due, DHL will contact the customer to collect the duties before making a delivery. Customs duties are not included in the price of our products and are in addition to the cost of international postage. When you place an international order, you are responsible for paying any inbound duties which your local customs authority deems appropriate. The amount of customs duties charged varies depending on what you order and on local regulations. Renée Rouleau Skin Care is not responsible for reimbursing customers for customs duties, tariffs or taxes.

      CUSTOMS INSPECTIONS

      International orders may be subject to customs inspections. Renée Rouleau Skin Care is not responsible for delays caused by inspections. When a package arrives in its destination country and is being inspected by customs, tracking information may no longer be updated. Contact your local post office for the most recent updates. 

Professional Retail Partner Locations

  • Does Renée Rouleau Skin Care have a location I can visit?
    • We do offer an in-person shopping experience at our showroom located at our company headquarters, in Austin, TX. The showroom is open to customers: Wednesday-Fridays 12:00PM-4:00PM CST. Closed for holidays. The entire line of Renée Rouleau Skin Care products is available at our showroom.

    • We have partnered with a select group of Professional Retail Partners who carry a selection of Renée Rouleau Skin Care Products. Please note: retailers may not carry all products.
