Shipping Costs & Delivery
When will my order ship?
All orders placed Monday-Friday are usually shipped the same day (if placed before 2:30 PM CST) or the next business day.
When will I receive my order?
Most Texas residents will usually receive their orders within 1-2 business days. All other US states will receive their order within 3-6 business days. International deliveries can take up 1-3 weeks.
What about overnight or 2-day air shipments?
All Next Day and 2-Day Air orders will be shipped out the same business day, as long as it is ordered before 2:30 PM CST. UPS Next Day or 2-Day service does not deliver on weekends.
How is my order shipped?
We mostly use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all domesetic and international orders. You will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number. For all Next Day and 2-Day Air shipments, we use UPS for delivery.
What is the cost of domestic shipping?
All packages 10 lbs and under will pay the standard shipping rates listed below. All packages over 10 lbs will be charged an extra $2.50 per pound.
Standard Shipping -$6.95 (free shipping on all orders over $100)
UPS 2-Day Air-$26.95 (No Saturday delivery)
UPS Next Day Delivery-$50.95 (No Saturday delivery)
*Express delivery is not available to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.
