Placing an Order

What shipping options are available for US orders?

Regular ground delivery is $6.95 and will arrive in 3-6 days delivery depending on your location. Free shipping on all US orders over $100 placed from our website.

UPS Overnight is $50.95 and will arrive the next day, as long as order is placed by 2:30 PM CST. No Saturday or Sunday delivery.

UPS 2-Day Air is $26.95 and will arrive in two days, as long as order is placed by 2:30 PM CST. No Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, our website accepts international orders. The shipping cost is $15.50 USD and most orders are sent priority mail via US Postal Service. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. Most orders will take anywhere from 6-21 business days to be delivered.

Note: Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. Renée Rouleau Skin Care is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes. We ship all international orders using U.S. Postal Service.

I do not have a computer, how can I place an order?

Call us at 1-888-211-7560 and we will gladly take your order over the phone. Ground shipping is $6.95.

How will I know my online order was received?

You will receive an email confirmation once you placed your order. If you do not receive one immediately after placing your order, check your spam folder or email us.

How do I check on an order I have placed?

All orders placed by 2:30 PM CST are sent the same day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) from our Princeton, Texas distribution center. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. On occasion, this email may go to spam so be sure to check your junk mail folder. Most orders are sent via US Postal other than Next-Day and 2-Day Air service which are sent UPS, for an additional charge.

What is your return policy?

There are no refunds and no charge backs, but you can return any product within 30 days for any reason in exchange for other Renée Rouleau products or a gift certificate. We have over 75 products and guarantee everything for your skin's satisfaction, so if something is not working, we encourage you to try another product.


Carefully package your returned products and send to the below address.

Be sure to include:

  • your original receipt (or a copy) with your preferred email address to send you a credit code to use online
  • the reason for your return (we appreciate feedback!)

NOTE: We cannot accept returned items without the receipt from your purchase. When we receive your items, we will contact you via email to issue you a credit code to use when purchasing new products online.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We charge 8.25% sales tax on orders purchased from Texas only.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

How do I re-set my password on my account?

Log into your account using your user name and password and you will be able to change your password. For your security, your account will not save your credit card information. If will however, keep a history of your orders as well as billing and shipping information.

I can't remember my user name or password. How can I retrieve it?

Fill out the email form below and we will give look up your user name and provide you with a temporary name or password to get access to your account.

Is your website secure?

To safely shop from our website, enter in www.ReneeRouleau.com, NOT ReneeRouleau.com. To protect the safety of your credit card information, we use VeriSign SSL Certificates with 128-bit encryption, the strongest SSL protection available anywhere. Yes, gift certificates are available for purchase by clicking here.

How do I redeem my gift certificate online?

To activate your gift certificate to use for on line purchases, email us here with your name, gift certificate number and dollar amount and we will email you a code to be able to redeem your gift certificate.

About the Products

How long is the shelf life of your products?

As long as they are stored in a cool, dark place, the shelf life is guaranteed for two years.

Where can I buy the Renée Rouleau products?

The Renée Rouleau products are sold exclusively www.ReneeRouleau.com and in our two Texas skin care spas. We currently have no future plans to have them sold elsewhere.

We don't offer many promotions however, when we do they will be announced in our e-newsletter (sign up here), Twitter and Facebook

Skin Care Questions

How do I know which products are right for me?

To get products recommended for your skin, choose your skin type.

I've looked at your nine skin types and can't figure out which one I am. Can you help?

To get assistance with choosing your skin type, email us here with the following information.

  • Your age.
  • Your top three skin concerns in order of priority. List them as 1, 2 and 3.
  • If you're prone to breakouts, read this blog post and let us know specifically the names of the breakouts that you get, where on the face you get them and how often they appear.
  • If your skin feels dry, let us know if your skin is truly dry or if you think that your current products may be too harsh and therefore may be the cause of your dryness.
  • If your skin is sensitive, describe what your skin is sensitive to and what are your sensitive skin symptoms. Rosacea, redness, rashes, irritation, breakouts?

How do I schedule an appointment with Renée?

Renée is available for appointments most Wednesday in our Dallas location. Her rates are higher (click here to see the service prices) and you must contact us well in advance to get your desired appointment time.
