| WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP |
All orders placed Monday-Friday, before 4:00 P.M. CST, are shipped within one-two business days. Overnight and 2nd Day Air shipments are top priority and will be shipped out the same day, as long as it is ordered before 4:00 PM CST. We will contact you if we foresee any delays with your shipment or if an item is out of stock.

| HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED |
We primarily use UPS for all orders sent within the continental US, however, if your order received a free shipping promotion, we often times mail it via U.S. Postal Service. You may select Standard for ground delivery to a street address (no P.O. Boxes, please), UPS Two Day Air or UPS Next Day Air for expedited delivery.

Please choose P.O. Box/APO/FPO for delivery to a P.O. Box, an APO or FPO address or a U.S. protectorate. Orders sent to these addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Mail.

| WHAT IS THE COST OF DOMESTIC SHIPPING |
All packages 10 lbs and under will pay the standard shipping rates. All packages over 10 lbs will be charged an extra $1.00 per pound. Regular Ground Shipping- $8.95, Second Day Air- $26.95 and Overnight Delivery- $50.95. Express delivery is not available to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or to APO/FPO or PO boxes.

| HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES |
| If the items you've ordered are in stock and available to ship, your order will ship out within 1-2 business days. You will need to add this time to the shipping service you've selected. For instance, if you select UPS Second Day Air, your order will arrive in 3 to 4 business days (1 to 2 business days to ship, 2 day UPS transit time). Regular Ground shipments require 5-7 business days. |
